Andrew N. Contopoulos joins the Brillant Law Firm after 25 years of practice focused primarily on business and real estate litigation.

A seasoned litigator who has practiced in both federal and state courts, Andrew’s clients range from individuals and small to mid-sized businesses, to non-profits and governmental entities. He has handled a wide array of cases including construction defect litigation, eminent domain litigation, real estate agent/principal matters, fraud, specific performance, quiet title, prescriptive easements, adverse possession, lis pendens, collection, breach of fiduciary duties, will and trust contests, commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, property management, partnership dissolutions and business dissolutions. Additionally, Andrew has also negotiated and drafted leases, private entity and public entity buy sell agreements and various other business contracts.

Due to his many years of experience and dedication to always growing his knowledge of the law, Andrew understands the complexities and difficulties of litigation and works directly with his clients to reach palatable resolutions that take into account both the financial ramifications and the personal implications that can often play a driving force in any dispute. Andrew always has his clients’ best interests in mind, and his work inside and outside of the courtroom is focused on protecting his clients and best serving their legal needs.
